VINYASA FLOW YOGA WITH ANITA AIYAR

Join Anita Aiyar for a 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow that builds strength through functional and intentional movement. Class will focus on breath in order to quiet the mind and cultivate mindfulness, and inner trust. There will also be an emphasis on core stability. Class will be on the pool lawn and set to music. Please bring your yoga mats, water bottles, and any props you may need to approach your practice with ease.
